About our digital marketing agency

A newer brand.
A longer record.
Both are true.

Zinexa is a full-service digital marketing agency running fifteen disciplines in house. The brand is recent. The work behind it is not, and this page explains exactly why.

ABT-01 Definition

What "full-service" means here, precisely.

Most agencies use the phrase to mean they will find someone to do it. We use it to mean the person doing it sits on the same team, under the same plan, reporting into the same set of numbers. Fifteen disciplines, from search engine optimization through web design and development to AI chatbots, all in house.

That is the whole design decision. Everything else on this page follows from it. The full list, grouped into acquire, convert and retain, is on the services page.

  • FCT-01

    Fifteen disciplines in house

Search, paid, social media management, web, branding, video, content, CRM, email marketing and AI. Nothing subcontracted.

  • FCT-02

    50+ clients served

Real engagements with real budgets, across a spread of industries rather than one narrow vertical we happen to know.

  • FCT-03

    Five markets

USA, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia and Europe. Campaigns are built per market, not translated out of one into another.

  • FCT-04

    One dedicated lead

A named person who holds your account across every discipline in scope, instead of a different manager for each channel.

  • FCT-05

    Monthly reporting

In plain language, covering what moved, what did not, and what happens next. Same format regardless of scope.

  • FCT-06

    Month to month

No lock-ins and no setup fees. Scope widens or narrows at the month boundary without renegotiating a contract.

ABT-02 Record

The public footprint is newer than the work.

If you look us up, you will find a young domain and a short trail. It is fair to ask what that means, so here is the straight answer rather than a paragraph designed to skate past it.

For years this team took client work through Upwork. That is where the 50+ clients came from, where the reviews were written, and where the habits on this site were formed. Marketplace work is unforgiving in a useful way. You are rated after every engagement, in public, by the person who paid. There is no account manager standing between the work and the verdict, and there is no way to quietly carry a bad month.

What that built was a bias toward the things this site keeps repeating. Fix tracking before spending. Say what a thing will cost before doing it. Report the number that went down as well as the one that went up. Those are not brand values we wrote in a workshop. They are what survives when your next contract depends on the last one being honest.

Zinexa is that same team operating directly, under its own name, with the full fifteen disciplines available instead of one scope at a time. The record is real and it is checkable. It just lives on the platform where it was earned, and we would rather point you at it than paraphrase it here.

See case studies for what those engagements involved and how to verify the reviews yourself.

ABT-03 Model

One lead per client, because handoffs are where accounts rot.

The usual agency structure splits your account across a strategist, a channel specialist, a designer and an account manager whose job is to hold the four of them together. Every boundary between those people is a place where context has to be re-explained, and context is the expensive part.

MDL-01

Named from day one

One person owns your account across every discipline in scope. You know who they are before anything starts.

MDL-02

On every call

The person in the meeting is the person with hands on the work, so answers do not have to be fetched and relayed.

MDL-03

Decisions stay attached

Why a campaign was structured that way, why a page was rewritten. The reasoning does not leave when a staffer does.

MDL-04

One report, one voice

Monthly reporting written by the person accountable for the number, not assembled from four separate channel summaries.

This is not a claim that one person performs every discipline personally. Fifteen specialisms do not fit in one head. It is a claim about accountability: one named lead knows the whole account, pulls in the specialist who is needed, and stays answerable for the result either way.

ABT-04 Standards

What we will not do, written down.

A values list is cheap. A list of the things an agency has decided to lose money refusing is worth slightly more. These are ours, and you can hold us to every one.

  • STD-01We will not quote a retainer before we have looked at the account. A price built from a form is a guess with an invoice attached.
  • STD-02We will not start spending on ads before conversion tracking is correct, because the first report would otherwise be fiction.
  • STD-03We will not report impressions, reach or follower growth as though they were results. They go in the appendix or nowhere.
  • STD-04We will not promise rankings on a date. Anyone who does is either buying them in a way that costs you later, or picking terms nobody searches.
  • STD-05We will not hold your accounts, domains, data or creative in our name. You own everything, during and after.
  • STD-06We will not take on work we would run badly. If a scope needs something outside the fifteen, we say so instead of improvising.
  • STD-07We will not tell you the incumbent agency is bad when it is not. Replacing work that performs helps nobody and costs you a rebuild.

None of this is unusual. It is simply written down, which makes it easier for you to notice if we stop doing it.

ABT-05 Reach

Five markets, and why that is a working constraint.

We run campaigns in the USA, the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia and Europe. Those five are not a list of places we would accept money from. They are the markets we have run enough work in to know how they differ.

Search behaviour is not the same across them. Ad platform rules, consent requirements and what counts as normal buying language all shift at the border. A campaign written for one market and translated into another usually reads as slightly wrong to the person it is aimed at, and slightly wrong is expensive at scale. So campaigns are built per market.

Working remotely across time zones is the default here rather than a compromise. Reporting is monthly and written, calls are booked rather than hoped for, and decisions are recorded so that a nine-hour gap costs a day instead of a week.

ABT-06 Terms

The commercial shape of working with us.

Short, because there is not much to it. The terms exist to make leaving easy, which is the only real pressure on an agency to keep being worth the money.

  • TRM-01

    Month to month

No lock-ins, no setup fees, no minimum term. If the work stops being worth what you pay, you stop paying for it.

  • TRM-02

    Audit before proposal

We review the real setup and tell you where the largest loss is, then quote against that. Sometimes it is not the service you came in for.

  • TRM-03

    Scope moves with the bottleneck

Most engagements start with one or two disciplines and widen only when the numbers give a reason.

  • TRM-04

    You own everything

Accounts, domains, analytics, creative and copy stay in your name. Nothing has to be rebuilt if we part ways.

How the first six weeks run is set out on the process page, step by step, with the timings we actually work to.

ABT-07 Questions

Questions about who you would be hiring.

Including the awkward ones. If yours is not here, ask it on the call and you will get the same kind of answer.

Q-01Why does the agency look newer than the experience you claim?
Because it is newer. The team spent years delivering client work through Upwork before building a direct brand, so the domain and the social profiles are recent while the engagements behind them are not. The 50+ clients and the reviews come from that period, they are public, and they carry full names and dates on the platform. We would rather explain that than pad the site with claims you cannot check.
Q-02Can I verify the 50+ clients and the reviews?
Yes, and you should. The reviews sit on the platform where the work was contracted, which means they were written by verified clients against verified payments and cannot be edited by us after the fact. Ask on the call and we will point you straight at them rather than sending a curated screenshot.
Q-03How big is the team and where are you based?
We keep fifteen disciplines covered in house and we work remotely across the five markets we serve, so there is no head office to visit and that is deliberate rather than hidden. What matters commercially is the shape of the engagement: one named lead on your account, specialists pulled in as scope requires, and monthly reporting from the person accountable for the number.
Q-04Is any of the work subcontracted out?
No. All fifteen disciplines are run in house, which is the entire reason the joins between them close. Subcontracting a channel puts a stranger between you and the work, and it reintroduces exactly the handoff the model is built to remove.
Q-05What if we are not in one of your five markets?
Tell us anyway and we will give you an honest read. The disciplines travel, but market knowledge does not, and a campaign built by someone guessing at local search behaviour tends to cost more than it returns. If we would be guessing, we will say so on the call instead of learning on your budget.
