Free digital marketing audit

We look first.
Then we tell you
what is actually broken.

A free audit of your search engine optimization, paid ads, website and lead follow-up, done before the call rather than during it. You keep the findings either way.

AUD-01 Scope of the audit

Five areas, checked in the order money leaves.

Not a crawler report with a score on the front. A person looks at each of these, and the output is a short list of what to fix first with a reason attached to each item.

  • AUD-A

Search engine optimization and local SEO

Where you sit for the terms that actually convert, what the incumbents are doing differently, and whether the local map pack is winnable in your area.

  • AUD-B

    Google Ads and Meta Ads

Account structure, match types, negatives, audience setup and whether conversion tracking is reporting something real or something flattering.

  • AUD-C

    Website and conversion path

Load speed, indexability, mobile behaviour, and whether the next action is obvious on the pages that paid traffic actually lands on.

  • AUD-D

    Lead flow and follow-up

Where enquiries land, how fast they are answered, what happens to the ones that do not reply, and whether any of it is recorded in a CRM.

  • AUD-E

    Brand and content presence

Whether the site, social profiles and search results look like one company, and whether that company looks as good as the work it sells.

  • AUD-F

    AI search visibility

Whether you are among the sources cited when a buyer asks an AI assistant instead of typing into a search box, and what would change that.

If one area is clearly the bottleneck, we say so and spend the call on it rather than reading you a list. The point is a decision, not a document.

AUD-02 Sequence

How it runs, start to finish.

About a week from form to findings, and nothing in it depends on you preparing anything.

01 Day 0

You send the form

Name, email and a line about what you want to grow is enough. Everything else is optional context.

02 1 business day

We confirm and book

You get a reply with a couple of times for a call, chosen against your working hours rather than ours.

03 Days 1 to 5

We do the research

We look at what is publicly visible and anything you choose to share. No access is required to start.

04 30 minutes

We walk you through it

Findings, priority order, and what we would do first. Then you decide, and either answer is a fine one.

AUD-03 Request form

Request your free audit.

Name and email are required. A website address makes the research considerably faster, but it is not a condition of getting the audit.

By sending this form you agree we may contact you about the audit. We do not sell or share your details. See the privacy policy for how the data is handled.

AUD-04 What it is not

What the audit is not.

Free audits have a bad name for good reasons. Here is what this one deliberately avoids being.

NOT-01

Not an automated score

No crawler grade out of one hundred. A tool can tell you a page is slow. It cannot tell you whether that page matters.

NOT-02

Not a sales call in disguise

The findings are yours regardless of what you do next, including handing them to whoever currently runs the work.

NOT-03

Not a full technical review

Thirty minutes covers priorities, not every issue on every page. A deeper review happens inside a paid engagement.

NOT-04

Not a forecast

We will not promise a ranking or a return before we have run anything. Numbers arrive once there is data behind them.

If you would rather skip the audit and just talk, contact us instead. The call is the same length and costs the same.

AUD-05 Questions

Questions about the audit.

The ones people ask before sending the form.

Q-01Why is it free?
Because it is also how we decide whether to take the work. We would rather spend a few hours finding out than write a proposal against a form and discover the mismatch in month two. If the honest answer is that you do not need us yet, that is a useful outcome for both sides.
Q-02Do I have to give you account access?
No. The audit runs on what is publicly visible, which is enough to find most of what matters. If you want the ad account or analytics looked at properly, read-only access makes that possible, but nothing here is conditional on it.
Q-03What do I actually receive?
A 30-minute call where we walk through what we found, in priority order, with the reasoning behind each item. You can take notes, record it, or ask us to put the priority list in writing afterwards. It is yours to act on with or without us.
Q-04We already have an agency. Is this awkward?
It happens often and it does not have to be. If the incumbent work is good, we will say so, because taking over something that is already performing helps nobody. Plenty of these audits end with a list of things to ask your current agency about, and that is a fair result.
Q-05What happens if we want to go ahead?
We scope the first phase against what the audit found and quote it. Engagements are month to month with no lock-ins, and you own the accounts, domains and data throughout. See pricing and process for the detail.
