Social media management

They check your profile
before they call you.
Decide what they find.

Social media management with a strategy behind every post, run by a team that also owns the ads, the website and the follow-up those posts point at.

SOC-01 The three jobs

A social account does three jobs. Most are only doing one.

Posting is not the job. Posting is how the job gets done. When you know which of these three a piece of content is for, the calendar writes itself and the results become something you can read.

CHK / 04Job 01

The background check

Someone heard about you and went to look. What they find in the first ten seconds either confirms the referral or quietly kills it.

Staying in frame

Most of your future revenue sits with people who already know you and are not ready yet. Feeds are how you stay in the room until they are.

Fuel for paid

Organic is where you find out which angles people respond to, cheaply, before you put budget behind them on Meta Ads.

SOC-02 Fault analysis

Nobody fails at social because they did not want to post.

Intention is never the problem. The problem is that social is the one task with no deadline attached to it, so it loses every week to the work that does have one. Here is what that produces.

  • FLT-01Your last post is weeks old, which reads to a buyer as a business that stopped.
  • FLT-02You post when you remember to, so nothing builds and every post starts from zero.
  • FLT-03The content looks nothing like the standard of the work you actually deliver.
  • FLT-04Comments and messages sit unanswered, which is the one thing a buyer always notices.
  • FLT-05You are on five platforms because you felt you should be, and doing none of them properly.
  • FLT-06Nothing on the profile tells a convinced visitor what to do next.
  • FLT-07You could not say what social contributed to the business last quarter, in any direction.

All seven come from the same gap. There is no brief. Without a documented voice, a set of recurring content types and a calendar approved in advance, every post is a decision made under time pressure by whoever has a spare ten minutes. We remove the decision. The month is planned, written and signed off before it starts, which is also the only version of this that survives a busy week.

SOC-03 Scope

What social media management covers here.

Taken off your plate completely, not handed back as a list of tasks for you to do. You approve the plan and supply what only you have. Everything else is ours.

  • SCP-01

    Platform selection

Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn. We tell you which of those your buyers actually use and which one you can drop. Two platforms run properly beat four run badly, every time.

  • SCP-02

    Brand brief first

Before anything is written we document your tone, the language you use, the claims you can make, what you will not say, and who you are talking to. That brief governs every post and keeps the voice stable when a person changes.

  • SCP-03

    Content creation

Branded graphics, captions and copy built for your business and cut to each platform's format. Nothing recycled out of a stock library, and nothing that could be reposted by a competitor with the logo swapped.

  • SCP-04

    Calendar and approval

A full month planned, written and submitted before it runs. You see everything in one place, in advance. Nothing is scheduled until you have signed it off, and nothing goes out that you have not seen.

  • SCP-05

    Community management

Comments and direct messages answered, questions routed to you when they need a real answer, and genuine enquiries pushed into the CRM instead of dying in an inbox nobody owns.

  • SCP-06

    Short-form video and Stories

Reels, TikToks and Stories cut from your footage by the same team that handles video editing. Short-form is where organic reach still exists, and it is the format most businesses skip because editing it is a job.

SOC-04 Monthly loop

The month, in four moves.

The same loop every month, so you always know where it is and what is coming. The only thing that needs your time is the approval step, and that is deliberate.

01 Week 4, prior month

Plan

We set the themes for the coming month against what is happening in your business: what you want to sell, what is seasonal, what the ads are pushing, what performed last month.

02 Days 1 to 3

Produce

Graphics designed, captions written, video cut. Everything lands in one calendar you can read top to bottom in a few minutes.

03 Days 3 to 5

Approve

You review, change what you want changed, and sign off. This is the only part that needs you, and it is the part most agencies skip.

04 All month

Publish and engage

Scheduled, published, monitored. Comments and messages handled as they arrive rather than in a weekly sweep, because a reply two days late reads worse than no reply.

SOC-05 Measurement

Social is where vanity metrics go to hide.

Every platform hands you a dashboard full of numbers that go up without anything happening. We report the four that connect to the business, and we put the rest in context rather than on the cover.

MET-01

Enquiries from social

Messages, calls and form fills traced back to the channel, counted after the spam and the tyre kickers are removed.

MET-02

Profile to site movement

How many people went from the profile to the website, and what they did when they got there.

MET-03

Content that earned reach

Which specific posts pulled, what they had in common, and what we are doing more of next month as a result.

MET-04

Response time

How quickly comments and messages were answered, because that is the part a buyer experiences directly.

Not the report Impressions Follower count Post frequency Engagement rate

Follower growth is a pleasant side effect, not a goal. An audience of two thousand people who could buy from you is worth more than twenty thousand who found you through a giveaway, and the second number costs more to maintain. Reporting is monthly, in plain language, from the one person who runs your account.

SOC-07 Questions

What people ask before handing over the account.

Reasonable questions, given that this is the part of the marketing everyone can see.

Q-01Which platforms do you manage?
Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn. During onboarding we look at where your buyers actually are and recommend a shorter list than you probably expect. Being present everywhere at half strength is worse than being good on the two platforms that matter for your market.
Q-02Do you write the content or do I have to supply it?
We create all of it: graphics, captions and copy. What we need from you is the raw material only you have, such as product images, site photos, job footage and the details of anything you want covered that month. Everything from there is ours.
Q-03Do I get to see posts before they go live?
Yes, all of them. The full month goes to you as one calendar before anything is scheduled. Nothing publishes without your sign-off. In practice approvals get faster after the first month or two, once the voice is clearly right.
Q-04How do you keep it sounding like us?
Every engagement starts with a brand brief: tone, vocabulary, the claims you are comfortable making, the things you never want said, and the audience you are talking to. That document is the reference for everything written afterwards, and it is why the voice holds steady rather than drifting over a few months.
Q-05How long before social media management shows anything?
Audience and engagement build over roughly three to six months of consistent, planned posting. The first thing that changes, usually within weeks, is how you look to someone checking you out before a call, and that has value straight away. If you need enquiries at a faster rate than organic can produce, paid social alongside it is the honest answer, and we will say so rather than sell you a longer wait.
