Who we are

Zinexa.agency, referred to here as Zinexa, we or us, operates this website and is responsible for the information described below. You can reach us at info@zinexa.agency. Registered entity and address details are published separately and are available on request.

What this policy covers

This policy describes information we may collect when you browse the site, submit a form, book a call, or otherwise interact with our digital properties. It does not cover third-party websites or services we link to. Those run under their own policies, and you should read them before handing over anything.

Information we may collect

Depending on how you use the site, we may process:

  • Contact and enquiry data you type into a form, for example name, email address, phone number, company name, budget range and the message itself.
  • Technical and usage data such as approximate location derived from an IP address, device type, browser, pages viewed and timestamps. This generally comes from hosting logs, or from analytics where it is enabled.
  • Communications you send by email or during a scheduled call, to the extent we need them to reply to you or to deliver the work.

We do not ask for payment card details, government identification numbers or any special category data through this website, and you should not send them to us through a form.

Cookies and similar technologies

We may use cookies or local storage for preferences, basic analytics and security. You can clear or block cookies through your browser settings, though some parts of the site may behave differently if you do. If we introduce non-essential cookies in future, we will align the site notice and the choices offered with the law that applies to you.

How we use information

We use information to operate the website, respond to enquiries, prepare for and deliver the free audit and strategy call, improve content and performance, keep our systems secure, meet legal obligations, and deliver or propose the services you asked about. We do not use it to build profiles for sale.

Legal bases, where rules of that kind apply

Where a framework such as the UK GDPR or EU GDPR applies, we rely on the bases that fit the purpose: your consent where consent is asked for, our legitimate interests in operating and securing the business and this website, steps taken at your request before entering a contract, and compliance with legal obligations where one exists.

Sharing and processors

We do not sell your personal information. We may share it with service providers who help us host the site, deliver email, run analytics or operate a CRM, under confidentiality terms and limited to the purpose they were engaged for. We may also disclose information where the law requires it, or where it is necessary to protect rights, property or safety.

Retention

We keep information only as long as it is needed for the purposes set out above, including any legal, accounting or reporting requirement, and then delete it or anonymise it where that is appropriate. Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are not kept indefinitely.

International transfers

We work with clients in the USA, the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia and Europe, so information may move across borders in the ordinary course of running the business. Where it does, we take steps designed to protect it in line with the law that applies.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you are, you may have the right to access the information we hold about you, to correct it, to have it deleted, to restrict or object to certain processing, or to withdraw a consent you previously gave. Email info@zinexa.agency to make a request and we will respond within the period the law allows. Where the right exists, you may also complain to your local supervisory authority.

Children

This site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information, including limiting who can access enquiry data internally. No website or transmission method is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, and we will not claim otherwise.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, the revision note below changes with it. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised version.

Questions

Anything about privacy or data handling can go to info@zinexa.agency, and we reply within one business day. If your question is about an engagement rather than this website, the terms in your signed agreement govern, and the terms and conditions set out how that relationship sits alongside this page.
